On behalf of National Geographic Society – Asia, young explorer and Masungi Georeserve’s project manager Ann Adeline Dumaliang shared Masungi Georeserve’s story to an audience of business leaders and representatives from international organizations in Malaysia.
The presentation focused on sustainable practices at Masungi Georeserve such as area planning, visitor management, education and community initiatives.
The Sustainable Brands Summit is a two-day conference that aims to inspire and equip leaders to embed social and environmental purpose into the core of their brands and businesses.
The event was held at Nexus, Bangsar South Kuala Lumpur on October 16 and 17, 2018. Other speakers included WWF-Malaysia, H&M and Biji-Biji Initiative.
