The Legacy Trail is an immersion in the larger Masungi Geopark Project and its current restoration efforts. A quick hour’s hike brings you to an outlying ranger station with tall panoramic views of the surrounding area. You will be able to participate first hand in tree planting and tree nurturing activities. Following this, savour a humble ‘minalot’ - a rice meal prepared and packed in banana leaves as called by locals. Spend the remainder of the time relaxing on our rope walkways and floating huts to complete your visit. For more information, please click here.
