MOONLIT SYMPHONIES

Moonlit Symphonies is an evening of food, music, and connection — designed not to escape the city, but to listen differently to the world around it. It follows the forest’s own cadence, from the hush of twilight to the deep tones of night. Set across three spaces, the experience unfolds as daylight softens and the city lights begin to glow below. It begins overlooking the skyline, where melodies rise to meet the horizon — a quiet exchange between the mountains and the world beyond. The evening then pauses at a pine patch, where a communal dinner curated by Soil Bespoke Private Dining and inspired by the Rizal–Quezon–Laguna corridor reflects the Filipino tradition of sharing and sustenance. In each space, the forest answers back — in wind, in breath, in silence. The night unfolds not as a performance, but as a shared composition between the land and those who care for it.

  • Dinner: A communal forest feast served family-style, inspired by the flavors of Rizal, Quezon, and Laguna. Below is the menu for this special experience:
  • Welcome Snacks: Blackened Tofu Skewer, Kesong Puti & Tomato Confit Toast, Ensaladang Talong with "Mangga't Bagoong" Pie Tee
  • Starters:  Shrimp Bisque with Noodles & Grilled Pineapple
  • Mains: Grilled Chicken Inasal with Dayap and Tanglad, Crab in Cotton Fruit Purée, Salt-Baked Dapa
  • Desserts:  Cassava Cake with Salted-Egg Crumble, Banana Fritters, Black Rice Ice Cream
  • Second set: Held in a space surrounded by trees and open night air — a musical reflection on homecoming and hope, closing the evening in warmth and calm
  • Dessert and coffee served upon conclusion

  • This is a request-to-visit experience. You may fill out the form here or through the inquiry form below to express your interest. Submission does not guarantee confirmation; approved guests will receive an email notification.
  • As we are currently receiving a high number of requests, please expect an email from our team within 24 hours. Should you not receive it within 24 hours, kindly send an email to advocacy@masungigeoreserve.com for verification.
  • The sign-up deadline is November 24, 2025 (Monday), for the November 29, 2025 evening.
  • Once approved, your reservation will be held for 24 hours pending payment. Full payment confirms your slot.
  • Payment options: Credit card (via PayPal) or bank transfer/online banking. Please note that PayPal transactions incur an additional 4.4% + ₱15 processing fee.
  • By submitting the form and settling the evening rate, you and your party agree to Masungi’s [Terms and Conditions].
  • Detailed payment instructions will be sent upon approval of your request.

 

Good to Know

  • Mobile reception can be intermittent; guests are advised to review directions before the trip.
  • Guests must arrive via private or carpooled vehicles as public transport is limited in the area and are unavailable in the evening.
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Dinner and beverages are included in the experience.
  • Meals are served family-style with a pre-set communal menu prepared by partner chefs, sharing the forest table with other participants.  While modifications are not possible, please indicate dietary restrictions or allergies for the team’s awareness.
  • The evening proceeds rain or shine. Covered areas are available in case of light rain.
  • While open to all ages, the experience is designed to be calm and reflective. Guests bringing children are asked to help maintain the gentle atmosphere.
  • Proceeds support Masungi’s ongoing forest restoration and protection efforts.
  • Private Evenings - For those seeking a more exclusive encounter, Moonlit Symphonies may be arranged as a private evening, tailored for intimate groups or special occasions.
